Gidlist

Refund Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

This policy covers paid Gidlist plans and add-ons, sold by UNUMIS LTD. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Gidlist has a free plan, so you can try the product with your own team before paying anything.

Who processes your payment

Purchases paid in US dollars are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Your receipt comes from Lemon Squeezy, and approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

Payments in Uzbek so’m, where offered, are processed by the payment provider named at checkout, and refunds go back through that same provider.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Gidlist is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan. No reason is needed.

The guarantee applies once per organisation, to the first payment of its first paid subscription.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Renewal payments are not refunded, and we do not refund part of a period that has started — except in the cases below.

When we always refund

You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.

You were charged after cancelling.

Gidlist was unavailable for a significant part of a paid period through our fault. In that case we refund the affected part of the period.

How to ask for a refund

Write to gidlist.operations@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the order number from your receipt. You can also use the link in the Lemon Squeezy receipt.

We answer within 5 business days. Once a refund is approved, your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

After a refund

The organisation returns to the free plan. Your checklists and records are not deleted, but features tied to the paid plan stop applying — including the longer attachment retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan and of the country where you live.
